Refaurm (“Refaurm,” “we,” “us”) provides access to telehealth consultations and, if prescribed, treatment fulfilled by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated when you use our services, and limited information from the healthcare providers and pharmacies that serve you.

- Health information: the answers you give in medical intake forms, your health history, current medications, treatment preferences, messages with your care team, and records generated during your care (such as prescriptions and dosing).
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

- To facilitate telehealth consultations with independent, licensed healthcare providers and, if prescribed, the fulfillment of your treatment by licensed pharmacies.

Health Information

Healthcare providers and pharmacies in our network maintain their own obligations to protect your treatment records.
We do not sell your health information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

- With the licensed healthcare providers who conduct your consultation and oversee your treatment.
- With the licensed pharmacies that compound, dispense, and ship your medication.
