Who We Are

Refaurm operates this website and coordinates access to (a) telehealth consultations provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers and (b) medications compounded, dispensed, and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies. Refaurm is not a pharmacy and does not practice medicine; all clinical decisions are made solely by licensed providers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where our services are available, and be able to form a binding contract to use the services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, especially in your medical intake, where inaccurate answers can create serious health risks.

Telehealth Services

By starting a consultation you consent to receiving care via telehealth. A licensed provider will review your intake and health history and determine, in their sole clinical judgment, whether treatment is appropriate for you. Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care, and a provider may decline to prescribe or may direct you to in-person or emergency care.

The services do not replace your primary care physician and are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Prescription Products and Compounded Medications

All prescription products offered through the services are available only if prescribed by a licensed provider after your consultation. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed U.S. pharmacies and are not approved or evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

You agree to use medications only as directed by your provider, to review all materials provided with your medication, and to promptly report side effects to your care team or seek medical attention.

Pricing, Subscriptions, and Billing

Prices are shown before you are charged, and consultations are free unless stated otherwise, you pay only if a provider prescribes treatment. Treatment plans billed as subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you pause or cancel. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the amounts and cadence disclosed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

Cancellations and Changes

You can pause, adjust, or cancel your plan at any time from your account with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; orders already dispensed or shipped by the pharmacy cannot be recalled.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your program, you may request a refund of program fees within 90 days of your first shipment by contacting support. The guarantee applies once per member, requires that your account be in good standing, and does not cover expedited-shipping charges. Because prescription medications cannot be restocked or resold, returning medication is neither required nor accepted. This guarantee is a satisfaction policy, it is not a promise of any particular medical outcome.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Medications ship from licensed pharmacies in discreet packaging; cold-chain items ship with temperature-controlled packaging. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to your address. Inspect shipments promptly and report damaged or missing items to support so we can make it right.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misrepresent your identity or health information, or use the services on behalf of another person.
• Do not resell, share, or distribute any medication you receive, prescriptions are for your use only.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the services, scrape the site, or use it to violate any law.

Intellectual Property

The site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Refaurm or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers

Content on this site is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refaurm and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits a provider’s professional responsibility for the care they deliver.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to work toward an informal resolution. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated to active members. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
